MCTA members,

During the COVID craziness MCTA officers and building reps have worked tirelessly with admin to navigate these uncertain times. We continue to value your feedback. With over 453 members, it may take a little longer to make decisions. No one person or a small group is going to make every decision in isolation. We value collaboration and feedback.  I know sometimes we may not come to a decision that everyone approves. We always strive to find the best solution for staff and make sure it is good for kids.

Congratulations to Stephani Itibrout. She was elected the NEOEA Unit 4 Director. It covers OEA associations in the Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina area. It is an important position that provides leadership and resources. It’s great to have a MCTA member representative.
